Namely, I'm interested in (a) how easily acquired are the materials to perform it, and (b) what are the limitations on it? I know there's something about a limited number of times per cycle. I know they couldn't possibly make it too good because this will undermine the incentive players have to log in daily. Artifacts were the one mechanic that more or less prompted players to keep coming back in the pursuit of improvement after everything else was done.
