I feel like Noelle would really struggle if you removed her from a context she's familiar with. So if you join the Knights things would go fine, but if she's coming out to you? Lotta awkward silences.

I had forgotten about it completely, so maybe it's in her second hangout, but there's a sequence where she goes out of her way to travel to Liyue because it's the land of geo and she might find people there who understand her or something. I forget how it went down.

Arabian Wendy is a dancer for the Zubayr Theater in Sumeru. This makes her the featured performer for a company that has found itself in the crosshairs of the Sumeru Akademiya, who thinks anything artistic is wasteful indulgence, and energy that could be better spent toward the pursuit of knowledge. Never mind that there are people who live in Sumeru who aren't scholars. In Nilou's pursuit in the importance of the arts, she has not only debated a scholar to convince him that his daughter should be allowed to live her own life and participated in a coup to overthrow the sages...by dancing in a public space. (It was against the statutes, and drew the guards away.) She probably has reason to be annoyed with them considering they made her the focal point of a recurring dream that ensnared hundreds in a trap, harvesting their brain energy, but she doesn't seem to bear any malice or ill-will toward anyone.

In fact, how nice and kind she is tends to be the prevailing opinion others have of Nilou. She's very soft-spoken and easy to get along with, and is a dancer, which basically makes her the second coming of Ayaka. And just like I tease about Ayaka and the vacant stare under her onion bangs, I feel like there isn't a ton going on upstairs for Nilou, however that's being a bit unfair. She just focuses much more heavily on empathy than intelligence, which is perhaps why in the storybook event this summer, she was cast as the Forest Fairy and demonstrated an aptitude for the magic of that world which ultimately led her to ||perform a spell that freed Durin from his exclusion for being a big scary dragon||.

Activity: 8.5/10 -- I'm not sure what else she does, but she is a performer and she would love to have you attend.
Backup: 9.5/10 -- Her most visible displays of assistance have been in defiance of the Akademiya, but that's only due to circumstance.
Conversation: 6.5/10 -- She's an able communicator, but you won't have any particularly insightful conversations.
Demeanor: 9.5/10 -- She's very sweet. Almost too much so, a la Noelle, but at least Nilou is proactive enough to have her own personality.
Effort: 9/10 -- Nilou is accustomed to putting in strong efforts for the good of the team, and she's someone who naturally favors making friends with everyone.
