I don't watch many of their videos nowadays but it still hits hard. I appreciate him for really opening up about his reasons.
tl;dw:
- Busy with personal projects, including directing a feature film, writing a novel, and writing a graphic novel
- Has always found it hard to be so vulnerable and open as an internet personality, prefer other ways of creative expression
- Thankful for the good times, saying it's helped him be more open and proud about his identity both as a member of the LGBT+ community and as an Asian
- Thankful for the Try Guys and the community; is open to guest appearances down the line
- Will still appear on episodes of the current season (available now on their new streaming platform 2nd Try, or later on YouTube)
