Is this a joke about winning this past election, so this would be his third term if he wins now? No, Trump has multiple times looked for justifications on why his previous presidency shouldn't count towards the 2 and he deserves a 3rd. Dude wants to be a dictator on day 1 (his words) and he's an anti-democracy fascist. He's not willingly leaving if he gets back in, he doesn't leave that as any great mystery.
