Topic	In My Hero Academia, 80% of the world having powers doesnt make sense

First episode is pretty good I guess, but I wish the number of the super power population was lower. 80% is kind of ridiculous. Why would the special occupation of super hero even be needed if almost all people are capable of defending themselves? I would have made it like 20% of the world. It should be a minority.
