I'm honestly not sure exactly what caused the issue. It wasn't too bad today; noticeable but not as bad as Friday.

Attempted 150 OHP today and did not come close. Kind of knew that would be the result based on the build up sets. Ah well. Feels like when I'm near my limit that I need to have a light week before I go for the PB.

I've really been enjoying doing super sets for the arm work though. Like for curls, doing 8@50, then 11@40, then 12@30, with only enough rest in between for a quick trip to the water fountain.

Swimming season is almost upon me again, and once I start swimming 4-5 times a week it really kills my energy and lifts. I'm going to try this year to come up with a better lifting routine to vary intensity and volume, rather than just going hard at it trying to increase weight and/or reps every single time.
