I don't know what I did, but I did something. Lower back (top of butt crack area) has been no good the past few days. I noticed it a bit on Thursday doing bench; not during the sets but if I was sitting and bent over to tie my sneakers, I felt a heavy/pulling kind of feeling. Golf on Friday was terrible because I was thinking about my back the entire time.

There's not really pain, just "awareness". I can walk and move just fine. Certain stretches and bends though don't feel great.

Naturally, today I took it really easy and light for leg day. Did higher rep, sub body weight squats. Even went back to the lower bar back squat for the first time in months. Probably just because the weight was light but there were no issues with the lower back. If anything, I felt something more doing machine work (leg press, curl, extension). I thought I might be able to keep my normal weights for those but the body just wouldn't have it.
