Hit 212.5 on bench for 2 singles. I had to use the "bad" bench today, so I didn't want to push for a 2nd rep.

I also realized what was causing my forearm issues with pullups/pulldowns. I was getting the bar too into my fingers, which would then cause me to bow my wrist back. Once I got the bar more into my palm, boom, no pain and I felt much stronger. Such a simple, stupid thing.
