And I made my post because a first-time player who's never touched a Fallout game before doesn't need anything beyond the very basics advised to them imo. Save the more advanced build tactics for a 2nd playthrough. (I have a feeling you're inclined to counter with 'this isn't advanced lol,' but I'm willing to bet that you didn't naturally intuit this on your own first playthrough). 100% accurate assessment, however I personally wish I had someone telling me about it before I made those mistakes and learned way too late that I could have been leveling and gaining perks far more quickly.
