He's an elderly first time offender (in the eyes of the law, anyway) so yeah zero chance he sees the inside of a prison cell unless he keeps intimidating witnesses on Truth Social. Dude's being charged with like 31 separate felonies which all come with mandatory time in jail, if I'm not mistaken, not 1-3. What you said would normally fly for most cases, however they'd be foolish to give him nothing for all the charges (assuming he's found guilty of them all). Most likely house arrest, which is bullshit, but as long as they take away his internet access as well and any devices which provide it then that'll at least be better.
