In an age where EVERYONE has a cell phone and a call to 911 that "this guy towed my car while I was stopped at a stoplight" is going to result from it? Talk about putting a target on your back. Honestly I think part of the reason this is renting space in my head is also due to the lack of incredulity that the news reports I've seen on it have given this story.
