As long as if the amount doesnt go down. I always loved the chance to stay an extra day on vacation and get $1500-2500 (for two people) on a trip I paid $400 for. It probably will go down, given that the numbers seen in non-cash compensation are artificially inflated by the fact that the company knows they won't actually be paying out on them and to make them seem more generous. If airlines actually have to pay for every instance, they won't be paying as much, though I expect they'll still have to cover immediate requirements like paying for a hotel room if you're stuck overnight. --- This is my signature.
