I could see someone getting upset at it. Reply to someone then they edit their message. That was the rationale used for years to justify not offering an edit feature, despite the fact that literally every other forum on the Internet was able to include one without running into serious issues in that regard. CJayC insisted that the risk of edit trolling was too great and that double posting was an adequate solution, even as the site was hemorrhaging users to other forums that weren't stuck in 1996. --- This is my signature.
