Sounds like we are all tired lol Yeah, fuck it. I just walled today, shit sucked lol. My elbows, knees, shoulders all just hurt. So I'm starting my deload/rest week tomorrow. Will resume same reps, but will cut the weight by 70% and take a few extra rest days. I'd rather rest and get my body back to normal instead of just trying to fight through this when I know that won't work in the long run. And if things improve again after this rest week I know that my limit on fatigue with my workout plan and worklife load has a shelf life of about 8-10 weeks. So I'll rest up, continue my bulk for another 8 weeks, and hopefully hit some of my goals, and continue to PR.
