But yeah, we got a little taste for her in Intermission but the upgrade for her over the original game is just so huge. She got the Jessie treatment as primary comic relief with non-stop great lines and moments (I would still crack a smile at every "hey there, jerkface" I'd hear when replaying or watching a streamer play through the final battle, lol) Not enough of an upgrade to surpass Aerith and Tifa in my eyes but still. 100% top three, and yeah maybe just 3rd place but still, I can argue for higher placement than that. Would be very surprised if Barret isn't in 4th place. MacArrowny posted... Hot(?) take: Loveless was kinda boring and Aeris's song there sucked. It might be "hot" now but I feel like it will cool in due time & everyone'll agree eventually. I'm with you in that I also was not a fan of it! (showing the Avalanche trio at the end of Aerith's song also doesn't really make sense, as a viewer it's pulling our heartstrings but in the game Wedge is the only 1 of the 3 Aerith ever met and she knew him for like, 2 minutes) ...
