You can replace the lost water by simply drinking more. If the human body is too cold, it cuts off blood circulation to the extremities and literally sacrifices pieces of itself to keep the major organs slightly warmer for a very limited time. Give me heat 10000000% of the time with no exceptions. Being cold is miserable.
