Also, they didn't kick them out because, "Fuck them kids", they just didn't renewal.

i already pointed out the typo in the title. but the 1.9 vs 1.3 is not the significant thing here, it's what is happening and why.

Chris Fong, CEO of Smile Insurance Group, said the heightened numbers in Texas likely reflect that it's one of the states making it more challenging to qualify, apply or even speak with someone in the Medicaid department.

conservative states have been actively trying to reduce Medicaid coverage, Texas is just being more aggressive about it.
