Definitely vagrants in Dark Souls. The game came out in 2011 and I play the game once or twice a year every year, and I've only ever seen one or two.That's partly due to the mechanics surrounding it, someone needs to lose all their souls in a specific spot then they'll spawn. Therefore the less players there are, the less likely you are to spot one. Feebas is my personal gripe, specifically gen 3.
