You needed a better guide. There are hundreds of fantastic places to eat in London, from Michelin starred fine dining to street food. I've been lucky enough to travel a bit, and I think it's one of the best food cities there is.

You guys don't understand that you're completely used to the British gruel system. You were born in it, molded by it. Getting advice from Brits about eating in the UK is like getting advice from a cat about what the best cat food is. The cat might like it, but we don't want it.
