I'm sure some of you have. I definitely don't have a good enough roster for that. There's actually two different forms of hard mode. The obvious one is just not turning any of the buffs on. The real ultra hard mode is turning the first debuff on and then keeping everything else off, and it is an absolutely viciously difficult mess of a challenge.
