I've been trying to do squats (basic kind, not weights), but I have a question. At some point, my knees start to suffer. If I stand up for a moment, the pain subsides, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to stop entirely at that point or if I can keep going. Thoughts? At just body weight, you kinda shouldn't have any pain. Maybe you have a flexibility issue?
