Topic	Is an artist 'from' where they were born or where they made their art and lived?

Im not saying I was right, just that it could maybe be argued shes an American artist. In that case, I agree that that's ambiguous. Just stating somebody's nationality generally suggests you're talking about how they identify now, not what their origins were. --- This is my signature.
