Ye, it's pretty good. While it's still a bit buggy (well, last I paid attention... no clue if they've improved since I actually looked) versus just Morrowind proper in terms of gameplay and the like unless there is a mod that you explicitly need to enjoy Morrowind I would say it's pretty much the definitive way to play Morrowind at this stage. I mostly do console so no mods, just DLC/add-ons. I'm sure a lot of people will give me grief for that lol, however it's how it is. So no essential mod I'd need to enjoy it.
