Topic	How do food places have "secret recipes" when you have to disclose...

What if I'm vegan and I'm eating an imitation steak, but it's using enoki mushrooms instead of tofu and I'm allergic? There's too many personal injury suits that it seems like a liability not to disclose any recipe.
