Keep it clean and keep up with the antibiotics and ointment and wrapping it. If the redness or pain increases AT ALL you should get the next flight to civilization and a hospital asap. If it keeps going down, you should be fine. Not counting any damage to the ligaments that is, I cant see that from a photo. You must be a doctor! I was told to keep it an open wound for a week, so thats why its not scabbed over. So Ive survived and should only be left with a scar and a lesson learned.
