I mean Biden could fire him today He won't because he doesn't want it to seem like retribution for him appointing Hur to investigate his handling of documents, even though that absolutely should have been the last straw after Hur's report came out and he should have been fired. Must be nice to be part of a Dem admin, some of the best job security I've ever seen. Nobody in corporate America or the Republican Party could get away with appointing a clearly biased person to embarrass the boss in front of the whole company.
