I'm the lead of my department at a pet food/supplies warehouse and after almost 6 years on 2nd shift, I'm getting to that point that it's time for a change I'd be losing $1.50/hr but having a dedicated out-time everyday instead of relying on slow ass people to get their job done, which it turns allows me to leave, is getting pretty old Hate to give up the money but less stress/better sleep/more time for a personal life seems very tempting --- https://www.twitch.tv/dtake86 ...
