Yep, there were some who were insisting in that bullshit up until she started her Fox News and CPAC appearances. Even if you brought up her history of homophobia, they would either show their true colors by trying to make excuses for that or claim that those were her old views and she's not like that anymore. Yeah, I recall when she first started to make it blatantly obvious because she was only ever hyper-critical of Dems/their actions, never condemning anything Republicans did & instead lauding them, and they'd excuse it as "you guys just don't want criticism of the Democratic Party!"
