Looking it back up it seems it was a "concurring opinion", so Alito wrote the tripe and Thomas agreed with like 3 of the big ones by name. Justice Clarence Thomas argued in a concurring opinion released on Friday that the Supreme Court should reconsider its past rulings codifying rights to contraception access, same-sex relationships and same-sex marriage. https://www.politico.com/news/2022/06/24/thomas-constitutional-rights-00042256 That list from Alito is insane though, like, so many rights and precedents he clearly wants to throw out because he thinks the Cons doesn't grant us autonomy rights?
