Yeah but Time Stop duration doesn't really matter for Invisibility requirements, assuming you can do both. You'd still need to utter Za Waruda or whatever but then you could definitely cast Invisibility (or any other self buffs) while time was stopped and no one would notice. You get 12-30 seconds (so 2-5 actions, which can all be spells) that for everyone else happens effectively instantly. In 3e a hilarious use of this was to just dump 5 high level Summon spells and watch as your target got absolutely dogpiled once time kicked back in. Or 4 summons and an Invis so that they have no idea where all the adds came from. Sadly, with the way 5e handles concentration spells this no longer works, removing one of the few actual use-cases for Time Stop that can't be easier solved with Wish.
