Like, it makes more sense for the conspiracy to be that the disease was released by the government for population control, and the "easily controlled sheep" take the vaccine and get to keep being useful pawns while the rebels are killed off/health compromised. --- https://i.imgur.com/qUAL3fG.gifv ...
