Who? Homeland Secretary. The criticism of his handling of the border ranges from he does nothing to he's actively making it worse. The nerve to still go through with this after they rejected the Senate & Biden's attempt at border legislation is astounding, but they insist on making themselves out to be the dumbest and most tone deaf fucking people ever sent to Congress, so full-steam ahead, I guess.
