Not really. There have been like 10 people arrested for hate speech country-wide in the last three decades, and every single one of them had it coming. Hate speech laws are applied very sparingly; the whole "muh free speech!" thing is thoroughly overblown. "Illegal protest" is more a matter violating laws as a core element of the protest, such as blockading critical infrastructure.
