Never understood the hate My super brief version of why it's bad is it overkills the quippiness to an absurd level and makes it hard to care about anything. Like people say Loki is not imposing in Avengers 1 (I disagree and think that's hindsight bias seeing where his character went) but at least he's taking the movie seriously. Ultron is not. He's just bantering with the heroes who are also not taking the movie seriously as they banter back. So I as the viewer do not take it seriously. --- No problem!
