wolfy42 08/31/23 4:32:14 AM #5:	Inflation is...well insane recently. Cost of living in Olympia WA has almost doubled in 10 years. Cost of renting the same place has doubled in most cases in just the last 5 years. For a 1 bedroom apartment that was $700 when I moved here, the same apartment is over $1300 (we moved here in 2016, but didn't meet the friends running the apartment complex till 2018. From 2018to 2023 it has jumped over $600. That being said, there are no 1 bed apartments available at that price, the cheapest 1 bedroom available there (and only one is available) is 1425$ (over double the cost in 2018).
