Topic	My cat groomer raised prices almost 40% because cats are dangerous

Five minutes, a 10-15-minute appointment slot just in case she doesn't cooperate, up to two groomers, rent for the space they're using, insurance to cover injuries... The costs to do it commercially add up, and I strongly suspect that it's that last one that's resulted in this price hike (namely, a cat bit a groomer, it got infected, and the medical bills/workers' comp payments ended up being more than the old price was able to cover). If you don't feel it's worth $18, don't pay $18 for it. You can get a pair of clippers for like $10-15 and do it yourself. --- This is my signature.
