Topic	Why don't we globally get rid of time zones and have everyone use UTC-0

It's much easier to put together "it's 3am in India right now, so they are sleeping," instead of "well it's light in America so it's probably dark in India, so they are maybe asleep." The benefit is that we no longer need to use the IANA time zone database when calculating past date/times, and future date/times become more reliable.
