Depends on specific local AoC laws and the sperm donor's age. In Colorado's case, anyone 17 or older is fair game across the board, anyone 15 or 16 can have sex with anyone less than 10 years older than them, and anyone under 15 can have sex with anyone less than four years older than them. There's also a spousal exemption, and 16 or 17-year-olds can marry with parental consent. There doesn't seem to be an absolute minimum age. That means a girl can legally get pregnant as soon as she's physically capable of doing so, so long as the father is less than 4 years older. You could hypothetically get a 20-yar-old grandmother, provided the grandfather was only 24.
