We also saw in the Warsaw Ghetto uprising that the guns they did have not was not enough to stop a government intent on oppressing and murdering them. Your rifles and pistols are not gonna stop a government from doing shit, especially not now when they could just drone strike you from hundreds of miles away. Also, it's ridiculous to think that the Founding Fathers would actually want the people to have a means for overthrowing the government they were establishing. EthanSilver posted... To be fair.
