Mondstadt had 16 characters easily, but I was trying to sidestep Liyue and Inazuma just doesn't have enough of a roster. I was spinning my wheels on this and actually considering using Aloy and Wanderer to complete the list. Now I can cut one of those. The downside of an Inazuma character is that ascension materials are inherently unfriendly toward newer players. Not that this affects me if all the content is unlocked...though I still need to do Caribert.
