Mountain Dew is the healthier choice for once!

To be fair milk shakes in general are horrible for you, though they are typically more filling then a soda. If someone drinks a shake of the same size as a can of coke or something, odds are they feel fuller longer.

It's why soda is so bad you can just chug it and it doesn't typically offer feeling full. It's also pretty rare to see someone constantly drink milk shakes but a soda drinker will likely have at least a few a week if not at least a few a day.
