Only shakes I've been willing to drink since are the White Castle chocolate shakes, but the last time I went to my local place, they said they didn't have it anymore. If someone drinks a shake of the same size as a can of coke or something, odds are they feel fuller longer. It's why soda is so bad you can just chug it and it doesn't typically offer feeling full.
