Less so on console, though. Hacking and modding is a much bigger problem on PC. Ironically, the same lack of flexibility that people often complain about (when talking about games like Skyrim or Fallout) turns into a positive in some cases (GTA absolutely being one of them). I'm not sure I've ever seen any YouTuber who plays GTA ever able to enter a public lobby on PC without it almost immediately going to shit.
