Bringing up said propaganda isn't to justify stealing. That's offering an explanation of one of the many factors preventing the problems from actually being solved. The fact that the problem hasn't been solved and people don't have the luxury of waiting for real solutions (which aren't even particularly likely to come) is what justifies stealing as a temporary measure to not starve to death in the mean time (that, and the fact that the corporations being stolen from could lose 99% of their assets and those running them wouldn't see an appreciable change in their quality of life).

Stealing isn't good, but given a choice between somebody who stole a loaf of bread from Walmart and the multibillionaires that have to suffer that loss but can absorb it without even noticing, I'm siding with the former. Especially where the blame for the current cost of living crisis rests squarely on the shoulders of the greedy corporations that pushed things this far for the sake of making a quick buck, many of which are the very corporations people are encouraging theft from.
