Get a pappa murphy's pizza. They have a NY special which is $10 and extra large. If it's just for you that is 2-3 meals (you can cut it in half and cook them seperate so both are fresh.

It comes with cheese/pepporoni and or sausage. I usually just do the pepporoni.

I then add my own mushrooms/bell peppers/onions/olives/salami on top.

By using your own ingrediants you save a freakton. 1 mushroom cut up is good for half the pizza at a time. A few olives (like 1/10th of a can), and I always have cut up onions/bell peppers for cooking at home.

Makes a very delicious and fresh pizza. I add extra whole milk mozzerella on top.

Since it's extra large, if you cut it in half it's like having 2 medium pizzas and you can make them a few days apart. It comes with the thin crust, which means you don't have to worry about using it within 48 hours (the dough isn't rising etc, it's thin).

My go to for pizza that isn't from a really good place for awhile. I only have 3 pieces a meal, so basically I cook half, and have half of that, then use my air fryer to heat up the other half within 2 days. I then cook the other half within a week and it's still good.

I do that about once a month. Since it's thin crust it's not really bad for my diabetes (it's really not that much bread/carbs), it's tasty, and a 4 meals for $10....it's freaking cheap af.
