See what your dentist can do to work with the insurance company, like deferring the bill until February if that's the soonest they're willing to pay for it. Given that an oversight like that could be ample grounds for a lawsuit if you suffer any sort of serious harm from it, I imagine they'll work with you. --- This is my signature.
