Topic	I'm urging all American PotDers to vote in the midterms.

This is the thinking of someone who spends way too much time online. Echo chambers are bad for perspective. It's why things like Trump winning came as such an incredible shock to people who are completely out of touch with large portions of the real world. And a large part of why it's become so fashionable to demonize everyone on "the Other Side" while making no real attempt to actually understand their point of view, and making even less of an effort to ever attempt to actually change it using anything other than insults and condescension.
