Despite some frustrating twists, 42 was actually a pretty great season. I'd put it in the "minor flaws hold it back from being one of the truly amazing seasons" tier, and say it's probably the fourth-or-fifth-best post-HvV season, behind DvG, Philippines, Cagayan, and maybe Kaoh Rong.

Anyway, it's really frustrating that Kyle has constantly shown in full display that he is a completely self-interested player with no loyalties other than to himself and will throw anyone under the bus if it means getting him one round further, yet people are still willing to form alliances with him, and believe him when he denies it when he's called out on his bullshit.
