I have this coworker who I feel never tries to debug his own issues and always foists them onto others. I find it extremely frustrating because I am genuinely trying to try/succeed in my position and I feel like he's actively bringing down the organization (and has been for a few years now).

But he's older and ageism and shit. Found it really funny that I as the millennial am working my ass off to try and keep the company successful while this guy as the boomer just sits around and collects a paycheck pushing buttons, likely making more money than me (he definitely lives better than me).

Sorry I worked like ~12 hours a day every day this week trying to fix another coworker's mistakes (honestly I don't blame him for them), and trying to impress my boss.
