The second amendment isnt the Constitution. Its an amendment to the Constitution. Its in the fucking name.

if we can prohibit alcohol and then allow alcohol, then why cant we allow guns, and then prohibit guns? Because of shall not be infringed? Nice, seems like a good precedent to add onto legislation going forward.
